1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.
2. Return Request Process
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof

3. Refund / Replacement
Once your request is verified:
- We will offer either a replacement or refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Slight handmade variations
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
6. Packaging & Responsibility
Please ensure the product is returned (if required) in its original packaging to avoid further damage.
